For parents hoping to achieve an un-medicated birth, attend this class instead of Prepared Childbirth. Discusses techniques for managing pain (breathing, relaxation, positioning) and what to expect in Labor and Delivery. Support Person encouraged to attend. Class ends with a tour of our Labor & Delivery and Women & Newborn units. You do not need to register for the separate tour.

Offered in-person or virtually. In-person attendance benefits include hands-on help with position changes, utilizing our birthing balls and massage tools, support person can try on an empathy belly, we have a uterus/fetus display, & in person tour.
