Established in 1995, NABJ-Tulsa is dedicated to the professional development, empowerment, and advocacy of Black journalists in Tulsa and the surrounding communities. We provide quality programming, participate in community service, and foster community discussions on various topics, such as childhood reading, youth literacy, and balanced coverage. We are also actively committed to supporting students in becoming journalists and communicators through promoting internships and offering scholarships.
