About this Event

Join us for a fun morning of native plant restoration at Paramount Ranch. Our goal of this restoration is to establish a native seed farm and return to collect the seed for restoration and conservation projects, particularly areas prone to disturbances such as wildfire and climate change. Work will consist of planting hundreds of live plants grown from locally sourced seed in rows, similar to agriculture for the purpose of producing large quantities of native seed to support large scale restoration projects.

The event will run from 9 am - 12 PM.

Please bring water, sunscreen and a sun hat. Wear hiking attire, closed toe shoes, pants, and long-sleeved shirts are recommended. Gloves and tools will be provided.
