Learn to collect the seeds of native pollinator perennials with HLCT Past President Jim Sirch at Hamden Town Center Park on Saturday, November 22 from 1 - 2pm. Jim will help participants identify plants with seeds ready to collect. We’ll collect seeds for the Hamden Seed Library and you will also go home with several types of seed to try propagating at home. Not sure how to do that? Find out at one of Jim's December workshops whose dates and times are listed on this page. Meet at the Hamden Middle School parking lot on the eastern side of the building and next to the trees. Registration is required, and the registration link will be available next week on the Hamden Public Library calendar at https://hamdenlibrary.libcal.com. Registration for the December workshops will also be available on the Hamden Public Library website in the near future.
