Join us as we celebrate our organization's horticultural heritage and learn more about the benefits of planting native species. The Rehoboth Art League's Native Plant Sale will offer opportunities to purchase native plants grown by our local nursery partners: Bella Terra and the Inland Bays Garden Center.
Information tables will be staffed by experts from Delaware’s Master Gardeners, Sussex Gardeners, the Delaware Master Naturalist Program, Mt. Cuba, Delaware Audubon Society, Delaware Invasive Species Council (DISC), DNREC Division of Watershed Stewardship, Sussex County Master Gardeners, and others. Learn about the benefits of native plants, identifying invasive species, how to test your soil or identify a tree, the benefits of using integrated pest management/IPM practices, lawn replacement ideas, how to create a rain garden, and more. Bring your landscape questions and ask the experts!
