Get your hands on our exclusive Buzz & Bloom Kits, perfect for adding a touch of nature to your home or garden. Don't miss out on this opportunity to support local flora and fauna by planting native! These kits would be perfect "starter kits" for a small garden, and would also fit in beautifully to a larger existing garden to boost your plant diversity and attract new insects! Presale tickets are available NOW through May 10!
The Spring Native plant sale at Hauberg Estate will take place May 17-18, 2025. Wild Ones will be offering 3 choices of garden kits for presale this year! Choose from SUN, SHADE, OR CLAY. Each garden kit costs $45.00 and includes 8 plants in 2-inch pots.
SUN KIT INCLUDES: prairie phlox, bradbury's monarda, leadplant, rattlesnake master, royal catchfly, butterfly milkweed, little bluestem, and sky blue aster.
SHADE KIT INCLUDES: wild columbine, short's aster, hairy wood mint, bellflower, wild geranium, jacob's ladder, elm-leaved goldenrod, and plains oval sedge.
CLAY KIT INCLUDES: smooth blue aster, blue wild indigo, purple coneflower, foxglove beardtongue, ohio goldenrod, copper shouldered oval sedge, showy milkweed, and heart leaved golden alexander.
PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing tickets, you MUST choose the kit(s) that you want (sun, shade, or clay). Payment will be collected in person at the sale on May 17 at the Hauberg Estate. Cash, card, and check will be accepted. Pick up time is Saturday, May 17 between 10am - 1pm. If you need to pick up your kit on a different date, please contact us to make arrangements.
Popular plants WILL sell out fast! Preordering a kit means that these plants will be reserved for you!
Finally, we will again be offering a "Tips for Success" native plant class prior to the sale. Class date is TBD. Last year this class was very well attended! Purchasing a Buzz & Bloom Kit will guarantee you priority reserved seating at our class.
