There are more than 3,600 species of native bees in the United States, which have co-evolved with our native plants over the millennia of plants and pollination. As efficient as honey bees are at gathering and transporting pollen to the hive, they arenot adapted to forage on all flowers. That is why Native Bees are so important and do so much more.
