As part of Sydney Beer Week 2025, Daniel from Endeavour Taprooms and Kieran from Katoomba Brewing unveil a Belgian Wit brewed entirely with Australian ingredients. Using Voyager malt and Ella hops, and spiced with desert lime, lemon myrtle, and pepper leaf in place of curacao orange peel and coriander seed, this limited release bridges the Blue Mountains and the harbour in every sip.
