Larry and his Native Pride Dancers travel the world year-round, performing traditional and modern Native American dances and music and educating audiences and guests about their respective tribal heritages and families’ stories, their regalia, and the expressions of Native American heritages in current society. Larry’s wife Shawna Yazzie, of Dine (or Navajo) ancestry, is the founder and CEO of The NDN Companies in Jacksonville and has done incredible work in educating about Native heritage at the corporate level and is also routinely invited to provide training and guidance to military installations to improve engagement and relationships with local tribes.
