WE HAVE 2 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:
- 4:00-4:45pm YOGA with Rhonda
- 5:00-5:45pm BASE CAMP with Crystal
$10 to drop-in. Do one class or both!
Space is limited to 30 people. Register on-line. Please show up a few minutes early to sign a safety waiver.
This class is for ages 12 and older. Participants 17 and under will need to have a guardian present to sign the consent form and stay throughout the entire class(es).
