The 41st annual National Night Out is happening on Tuesday, August 27! This is a great opportunity to meet and connect with your neighbors and the #OcalaPD. The event will take place at Lillian Bryant Park from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and is completely FREE! Attendees can look forward to a variety of activities including food, games, bounce houses, dancing, arts and crafts, and emergency vehicle displays.
#NationalNightOut aims to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for local anticrime efforts, strengthen neighborhood spirit, and forge police-community partnerships. It also seeks to send a strong message to criminals, letting them know that neighborhoods are united and fighting back.
