The Triaxial crew has been busy preparing a fiesta for you to celebrate National Mead Day on August 7th from 12:00-5:00.We are releasing 2 new bottles on Mead Day:
Monofloral Volume 2: Tupelo Blossom is a sweet traditional bursting with single varietal flavor. The Tupelo honey imparts notes of pineapple, vanilla and spices that come through wonderfully in fermented form.
Lilikoi is a big passionfruit mead that we aged in a freshly emptied Liberator gin barrel from Valentine Distilling. The tropical fruit, oak and gin botanicals fused into something unlike anything we have ever tasted and we are completely fired up for you to try it.
We will have new session meads for you to enjoy on-premise and to take home, as well as tropical cocktails using your favorite Triaxial meads in place of liquor. Mules, Hurricanes, Mudslides, frozen Piña Coladas and more! Of course, we will have our entire lineup of bottled meads for full pours, flights, and bottle sales.
Members of the Michigan Mead Coalition will be on hand to expand your knowledge of mead. Whether you are a novice to mead or a long-time aficionado, the MMC will be there to talk about all aspects of mead!
Finally, we are offering full and half-case discounts for Mead Day. Mix and match is absolutely allowed!
