Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is proud to host National Lung Cancer Screening Day to raise awareness and provide lifesaving screenings. The Kentucky Cancer Program will be present to offer educational information on lung cancer prevention and early detection. Remember, early detection saves lives! We're dedicated to making screenings more accessible, especially for those who cannot schedule during the week.
To schedule your lung cancer screening, please call 606.451.6512. You must have an established primary care provider or pulmonologist. If you need assistance finding a provider, call 800.424.DOCS.
In addition to LDCT screenings, we’ll also host a simultaneous Community Health Fair featuring various health and wellness resources. Enjoy giveaways and refreshments while learning more about health and cancer prevention. Community vendors are also welcome to join us and share their services with attendees! The public is welcome to drop in and explore these resources!
