About this Event
The event will be include key note speakers, themed workshops and lots of networking opportunities to meet IV professionals from other regions in England and Wales. We are working with a small group of Youth IV Champions to incorporate the voice of care-experienced children and young people throughout the day. We will also be seeking to incorporate the voice of IV befrienders. Attendance on the day is targeted at IV professionals. Agenda to follow.
The venue will be providing food and drink throughout the day, including breakfast and lunch with mid morning, and mid afternoon snacks . Dietary requirements will be requested upon confirmation of your space.
Please book a place by the 17th September. We will then confirm numbers the following Wednesday 22nd and if necessary, limit places per organisation.Please do not book travel until your place is confirmed by NIVN Project Team on Wednesday 22nd. It may be cheaper for some delegates to stay in Birmingham the evening before and we will include details of economic accommodation options.

Grand Central Station (Southside exit)
Exit at John Lewis Southside exit
Follow the steps down to the traffic lights and cross the road
To the right is a second set of traffic lights, cross the road and head to the left
Walk left, past the NCP St Jude’s open air car park
The BCEC is located just on the right hand side (next to NCP open air car park/Holiday Inn Birmingham City)

From North- Exit the M6 Motorway at junction 6 and follow the signs for the A38 – Birmingham City Centre
From South West- Exit the M5 motorway at Junction 3 and follow the signs for A456, Hagley Road
From South- Exit the M40 onto the M42 heading North, following signposts for the NEC and Birmingham Airport. Exit the M42 at Junction 6 and follow signs for the A45 Birmingham Airport and City Centre.

NCP New Street (located just behind venue) discounted parking rate at £6.50 for 10 hours
