Empty Bowls is a national fundraiser started by artists. Artists created bowls and served soup to help raise money for local food pantries. It has since grown into an international organization and fundraiser. You can find more information out here.
The best thing about this fundraiser is the proceeds stay local. All money raised for this event will go towards providing Oregon students and families with food.
Your ticket includes a bowl of your choice to take home, soup, bread, and dessert. This is a drop in event you can come and go as you please. Pre orders are guaranteed a handmade ceramic bowl of their choice to take home. Anyone purchasing at the door is not guaranteed a bowl. Preorders close on Oct 31st.
