The University of Lynchburg Athletics Department is proud to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day with a special clinic in partnership with LAYSI, dedicated to empowering the next generation of female student-athletes.This annual celebration honors the powerful role sports play in building confidence, leadership, and lifelong skills for girls and women. Participants will have the opportunity to train with University of Lynchburg coaches and student-athletes, develop fundamental skills, and experience the supportive and competitive environment that defines Hornet Athletics.
Following the clinic, families are invited to stay and cheer on the University of Lynchburg Women’s Basketball Team in Turner Gymnasium at 2 p.m.
