To celebrate National Gardening Week, IndigiScapes Cafe will offer a variety of gourmet mushrooms at our special fungi feast and talk.
While enjoying breakfast in our natural surrounds, you will learn more about the fascinating fungi world from Maree Manby, Senior Environmental Officer, Redland City Council. Maree will share her extensive knowledge of the weird and wonderful kingdom of fungi, including the essential role they play in nature.
Feast on your choice from the following breakfast selection;
- Local Ruby Creek Mushrooms on sourdough, with smashed avocado, seasoned with lemon and native spices,*V VG or;
- The Standard Bacon & eggs with roasted tomatoes, hash browns and toast, dusted with bush spices, served with a side of BBQ tomato or hollandaise sauce,* or;
- Side of sourdough, hash browns, tomatoes and spinach, with warm hommus and caramalised onions to match with our shared mushrooms, or;
- Breakfast Crumble with your choice of vanilla or coconut yoghurt, topped with homemade granola crumble, honey and seasoned with native fruit grind (contains nuts)*.

Included is a selection of native or traditional tea and local Chiasso coffee. All for just $35.00 each with a free native plant from our nursery for your garden, as well as a fungi guide.
