About this Event
The Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund (CFE Fund), with generous support from the Annie E. Casey Foundation, invites you to join our National Convening on Local Consumer Protection on July 7th – 8th in Philadelphia, PA. The 1.5-day event will begin with a fireside chat from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau discussing how local efforts complement their work at the federal level. After exploring several emerging issues with local governments who are leading this work, the convening will culminate with a deep dive on consumer protection tools to help you develop an actionable plan to deploy in your city.
Travel and hotel scholarships are available for eligible attendees on a case-by-case basis.
