The Annual National Cold War Center and Arkansas Aeroplex Fly in is here again. Starting Friday afternoon with Pavel Palazhchenko, the former chief English interpreter to Mikhail Gorbachev, will be at the Ritz Civic Center in downtown Blytheville in the evening, November 7th. Back on base, static display aircraft will be available to view including B-52, B-29, C-130, KC-135, RC-45J, and T-6 aircraft. The afternoon of the 8th will feature a memorial dedication on the flag plaza to the three lost crewmembers of Hulk 46, a Blytheville based B-52 which was lost in Desert Storm. Saturday night will feature the annual National Cold War Center gala on the flightline. Hope to see you all there!
