About this Event
Interested in becoming an apprenticeship provider? Meet with local employers providing registered apprenticeships to ask questions and learn more about the pathway to developing workforce pipelines. Great for any employers who are interested in developing and integrating apprenticeships into the talent pipeline. This event will provide valuable insights into the resources and incentives available to support employers and workforce development organizations in Lower Eastern Shore.
A primary resource to be introduced at these events is this newly launched website, macworkforce.org. The Apprentice Connect website is a one-stop resource designed for three key audiences: career seekers, employers, and educators.
Event Format:
Panel Discussions: Insights from local employers utilizing apprenticeships and representatives from the Maryland Department of Labor, moderated by a Maryland Apprenticeship Connector team member.
Event Cost
Attendance is free but is best suited for individuals responsible for creating and maintaining a quality pipeline of employees. Open to employers only.
Event cohosted by the Lower Shore Workforce Alliance (LSWA) and Maryland Apprenticeship Connector (MAC).
