A Big Gay Christmas is back!! This year, it means more to me than ever you join me. As many of you know, I’m currently undergoing treatment for Stage 4 lymphoma. This event has been a holiday tradition in our community for years, bringing us together through laughter, celebration, and a whole lot of heart. I’ve always loved creating the “Big Gay Christmas” space, and I’m grateful we can continue the tradition in a new way.My favourite part. The homemade ornament tradition. If you’ve been before you know it’s encouraged. For those new to the party please make a homemade ornament to go on the Big Gay Christmas Tree. And bring the ornament because during the evening, everyone will have a chance to show off their creation to those watching online, at the Q Nightclub & Lounge, and anywhere else tuning in. It’s a small gesture that always brings so much joy and love to me.
This year, I’ll be hosting from home, but you can join friends and chosen family in person at Q, where the show will be streamed live, or tune in online from anywhere you can get Wi-Fi. We’ll be able to chat, laugh, and celebrate together in real time.
This year we’re adding a fundraiser element because I’m facing Stage 4 lymphoma, and every bit of support helps cover treatment and daily expenses. Join us to celebrate the season and rally around me. Your love and generosity make all the difference.
