Nate Bullington, jazz tenor sax player from Tuscaloosa, AL, moved to the District to make live music. He studied and played jazz music at North Carolina Central University, performing with Branford Marsalis and other greats; and received a Master’s of Music at Michigan State University, under the tutelage of Diego Rivera and Rodney Whitaker. He assists in every aspect of making and serving beer at City-State Brewing.
