Nate Boots is an alt-folk singer-songwriter out of North Mankato, Minnesota, who released his third solo album {A STRETCH OF WING, A LEAP} in June of 2025. He has played with The Porchlights, Jim the Harpooner, and The High Horses, has performed his lyrically-driven music throughout the Midwest since 2013, and has been featured on Minnesota Public Radio and The Current's Radio Heartland.
Violette Boots boots grew up in Southern Minnesota and is a biology major and a member of the orchestra at the University of Minnesota Duluth. A multi-instrumentalist (guitar, violin, and piano), Violette also sings and writes, and in 2024 she was a participant in the inaugural installment of the Women of Kato performance series, a collection of concerts that feature Mankato-area women living their best musical lives.
