Shapeshifting for Pole Creatures
This workshop will take foundational moves, and turn them on their head through accents flourishes, grip variations, and other movement techniques. Being able to climb and invert is recommended.

Learn Natasha Wang's signature movement style, which incorporates grip variations, unusual contact points, and lots of twisty, thready, pretzel-y shapes and combos. get ready to tie yourself into knots!
Level - Intermediate to Advance
Slink & Slide: Low Pole Flow and Floorwork
Come get out of the cold November weather and warm up with this low pole flow and sensual floor choreography to “My Garden” by Kat Dahlia where we will work the lower base of the pole with pivots, pirouettes, and waves while transferring those to the floor and melting like butter keeping everything fluid and flowy. This class will heat you up, keeping you warm. All levels welcome.
Kneepads recommend.
This class can be done in heels or socks/leg warmers.
