Nashville Cosplay Content Day!

Open invite meet-up for cosplayers and photographers to get together, network, and collaborate!
This is a great opportunity to make social media content and collab with other creators!
All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please don’t go off on your own with anyone you don’t know/trust! (No matter how old you are!)
Photographers may charge for photoshoots, however in the spirit of collaborating, please be open/willing to do some TFP on the day of the event. (No need to overwhelm yourselves either, of course.) Please feel free to post your rates on the event page as well as the best contact method to reach you so cosplayers can reach out in advance to coordinate with you about booking a session. Keep in mind the event is only about 5 hours and sunset is around 6pm that day! (Feel free to show up early or stay later, but the official event is from 1pm-6pm. There might even be some after plans to be determined!)
Please be respectful of the park and the local spaces! Clean up after yourselves, and don’t leave trash lying around.
We are meeting at a public park, please keep cosplays appropriate to be worn in public! (We will not be held liable if you get arrested for public indecency.)
YOU MUST TAG everyone that you collaborate with when you post your content! Tag your photographer, tag the cosplayer(s) in the photo!
NO MEANS NO, ask for consent or to collaborate with the photographer or cosplayer! If they say no, accept their response and move along! Do not take it personally! (A person can say no for any reason, it doesn’t mean it’s personal towards you!)
Most importantly have fun!! Invite any friends you think might be interested in attending!
More information to be announced!
