We are excited to host you for the NASCAR CLASH weekend! Campgrounds open at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31 and close at 12 p.m. Monday, Feb 3, 2025. To ensure a safe and positive experience for all campers, we do have a few rules for campers to abide by:
• All marked spaces are on grass and all vehicles and belongings must be within footprint of purchased space.
• You may buy more than one space, see map to ensure spaces are connected
• TO add a day on the front or back end please call 336.774.8880
• Quiet hours are enforced between 1-7 a.m.
• Open campfires are not permitted
• Easy-up tents that are secured to the ground and inside the assigned area are permitted. Fairgrounds reserves the right to have tents taken down if wind exceeds 15 MPH.
• Awnings attached to RVs are permitted, provided they are inside the designated space. Purchase additional space as needed for more room
• Kites, sky lanterns and candle balloons are not permitted.
• External stereo or television speakers are permitted, provided the noise does not disturb other patrons. Bullhorns, stage lights, DJs or live bands are not permitted.
• Box trucks, cargo trucks, rental trucks or enclosed hauling trucks are not permitted.
• Solicitation of any type is not permitted on Fairgrounds property. Sale of food, beverages, souvenirs or merchandise of any kind is not permitted.
• Storage of gasoline is not permitted.
• Swimming pools or hot tubs are not permitted.
• Vehicles for tent parking spaces will have designated parking area
• Full Hookups defines as water and power, with sewer dump access (may need to be shared/rotated with neighbor).
• Dry Camping defined as camper/RV/Vehicle space with nor direct hookups
• There will be designated waste dump locations, dumping of waste or waste water on the ground will result in ejection and a monetary fine of at least $250.
• No obscene or indecent language and imagery is allowed on flag or signage at campsite, including confederate flags. For safety, metal flagpoles are not permitted to be used on speedway property. Non-metal flag poles may be used.
