Narrower than Silence — Hala AbuamerWe open the new season of Café Voor Schone Kunsten with Palestinian artist Hala Abuamer.
Through painting and calligraphy, Hala tells stories born from Gaza. Stories of children whose last words became eternal cries, of families erased in an instant, of grief so vast that words falter. Her canvases carry the weight of the heavy moments of a forced war and genocide.
Narrower than Silence brings these voices into our shared space, not as news headlines, but as living memory.
