This virtual meeting is an opportunity for NAREIM members to ask questions on the methodology of the 2025 Compensation Survey and to hear and share with fellow members best practices around completing the Survey.
This 60-min Q&A is an opportunity to ask Ferguson Partners how to define and calculate key concepts, such as carried interest and promote allocations and definitions, bonus pool methodology or LTIP performance, particularly when taking into account different ownership and org structures.
This meeting is only open to NAREIM's Executive Officer and Talent Management/HR groups. Members of NAREIM's other functional groups will be denied access.
