Narcissistic Abuse Healing Workshop for Women

Join us for a day of empowerment and healing at the beautiful Mandolay Hotel. This workshop is designed to provide a safe space for women to understand their unique experience and learn the essential steps towards healing from the effects of narcissistic abuse - under the expert guidance of Aude Ayliffe, BACP registered Psychotherapist and Transformational Coach (and narcissistic abuse survivor).

An Empowering Therapeutic Workshop for victims and survivors of Emotional or Narcissistic Abuse, where you experience a profound transformation from a place of confusion, self-doubt, and emotional suffering to one of mind clarity, self-empowerment, and inner peace with psychoeducation, coaching, emotional self-regulation and mindfulness workshops.

Through interactive psychoeducation and group discussions, you will learn practical strategies to regain your confidence and rebuild your sense of Self.

By the end of the day, participants will:

1. Understand narcissistic abuse and its effects on the mind, body, and emotions.
2. Recognize common trauma responses (e.g., cognitive dissonance, trauma bond, self-doubt, anxiety).
3. Begin practicing self-compassion, boundaries, and emotional regulation.
4. Develop a personalized healing plan with actionable next steps.

Our experienced facilitators will guide you through exercises and techniques to help you heal from past trauma and move forward with strength and resilience.
