About Nappi Hour: Founded in 2017 with the tagline "Come let your hair down," Nappi Hour is a musical gumbo of the Diaspora, fusing together musical elements like alternative R&B, Afrobeats, Reggae, Hip Hop + more. Over the past several years, Nappi Hour has curated several experiences across multiple cities: including, D.C., Brooklyn, Chicago, Philly, New Orleans, and more.

Introducing Nappiano: a Night of Amapiano. Amapiano (isiZulu for "the pianos") is a style of house music that emerged in South Africa in 2012. It is a hybrid of deep house, jazz and lounge music characterized by synths, airy pads and wide percussive basslines. Join us on Thursday, June 30th, as we pay tribute to this new emerging sound in the U.S.
