Due to limited space, no refunds will be grantd, and we cannot allow payment plans. Attend what you can...and take up to eighteen months to finish.
Upon graduation, you will have the option of joining the Yoga Alliance association. Our program is accredited with Yoga Alliance, so you can trust our five-star rating with over one-hundred Alum.

Info: Learn the first limb of yoga that aids you in how you interact with the world around you.
Limb Two: Niyamas
Info: Learn the second limb of yoga by gazing within and developing a closer connection to yourself.
Limb Three: Asana
Info: Learn the "postures" or movements commonly seen in a yoga class. Did you know "asana" translates to "seat" in Sanskrit?
Limb Four: Pranayama
Info: Fill your toolbox to manage stress and find your center with breath work.
Limb Five: Pratyahara
Info: Learn to master silencing the distractions around you.
Limb Six: Dharana
Info: Learn how to offer guided meditations via fun field trips such as the art gallery for inspiration.
Limb Seven: Dhyana
Info: Absolute focus will bring you towards clarity. This is not about shutting off the mind, it is about opening.
Limb Eight: Samadhi
Info: Bliss, joy, connection...you define what this limb means to you. In an effort to offer an inclusive experience, there are no religious components to our training. We will teach you how to add that to your offering, as they speak to you.
