All class payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our training, limited seating, and course preparation, no refunds will be issued once payment is made. Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling.

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your class, you may do so one time at no additional charge, as long as you notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date.

• Requests made within 7 days of the class may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
• No-shows or failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of your payment.

To reschedule, please email us at [insert your academy email] with your name, class name, and desired new date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on available dates.

• Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat.
• Remaining balance (if applicable) is due by 7 days before the class.
• Payment plans may be available via Afterpay.

• Please arrive on time. Students arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be allowed to join and will need to reschedule for the next available date.
• No extra time will be added for late arrivals.

• If your course includes a live model portion, models may be provided or students may be required to bring their own (you’ll be notified in advance).
• If you do not bring a model and none are available, you may only observe and will need to complete your model work at a later date to receive certification.
