Nandi Boliek was an avid cyclist, outdoor enthusiast, and lover of all things in nature. Before her passing in 2022. She was actively employed at Grassy Waters Preserve in West Palm Beach, Florida. She spent her days educating children and adults about the nature preserve and its unique ecosystem.

This year's honored charity is the Humane Society of Lake County. Humane Society of Lake County is a no-K*ll animal shelter. Founded in 1976 as an organization solely for charitable purposes and has the general responsibility to operate for the advancement of humane treatment and the prevention of cruelty to animals.
