Nandalala Navaratri Fest 2025

You are warmly invited to our annual Navaratri Fest, a vibrant celebration of culture, arts, and community. This year's festivities will once again showcase the joyous spirit of Navaratri with activities that reflect the vision of our Founder, Pujya Shri Mathioli Saraswathy.

Experience:

Performing Arts Showcase: Immerse yourself in a captivating display of traditional and contemporary performing arts, featuring dance / music, and dramatic skits by youth members of Nandalala Children’s Club.
Book Release: We are thrilled to announce the official release of a new book, "Illumination”, an English translation of Mathioli’s “Velicham” authored in Tamil. Join us for a special unveiling, book review and discussion.
Community Service: In the true spirit of Navaratri, we are dedicated to giving back. This year, we are partnering with the UC Berkeley Pantry to collect non-perishable, protein rich foods, such as quinoa, beans, soy, cereal. Your contributions will make a meaningful impact on the student community. Please bring them to the event, collection bins will be set up to accept them.
