Calling all Chili Masters & Tasters: Announcing NAMI Mahoning Valley’s Fourth Annual Chili Cook-Off to help in our mission to support residents of the Valley dealing with mental illness! This year is BIGGER & BETTER!
Be the reason someone in the Valley dealing with mental illness feels supported and heard. Register or purchase your tickets today as spots are limited!
When: Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6pm – 8pm
Where: Penguin City Brewing Company - Downtown Youngstown! 460 E Federal St, Youngstown, OH 44503
Who Can Attend: This event is open to public guests that may taste and vote for the best chilis. Public guest tickets are $15.00 per person, children under 12 free. For your $15.00 you get a ballot to vote for your favorite and winners in several other categories.
Enter as a Chili Cook-Off Contestant: If you or someone you know would like to enter their chili in the cook-off please email [email protected] stating you would like enter! Registration fees for contestants are $25.00 per entry.

Live entertainment, 50/50 drawing, basket raffles and more! Come out to support our Chili Cook-Off to enjoy many types of delicious chili in support of NAMI Mahoning Valley! Trophies for Best Overall Public’s Choice as well as most Unique Chili and HOTTEST chili! Contestants are free to promote their business and winners will also be chosen for best decorated table!
Like to Volunteer? Volunteers are needed for this event! If you would like to volunteer or enter your chili, please email [email protected]. All of the funds we raise in the Valley stay here in the Valley and go towards building FREE programs, educating people, planning awareness raising events, helping people cope, helping rebuild lives, helping people live in recovery and so much more!
