Family-to-Family is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program for family members and loved ones of those living with mental illness. It offers 8 weekly classes structured to help caregivers understand and support individuals with serious mental illness while maintaining their own well-being. The course is taught by a team of trained NAMI family member volunteers who know what it’s like to have a loved one struggling with one of these brain disorders. It will meet on Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:30 p.m. from Sept. 4 to Oct. 23.

This class is free and all materials and refreshments are provided, but it is limited to 20 adults. Register by calling Margie at (806) 678-7385. Over 300,000 people in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico have completed this nationally recognized, evidence-based course. We think you will be pleased by how much assistance the program offers. We invite you to call for more information, and you can learn more at
