This free support group will be held on the first Tuesday of each month. It is led by trained individuals who are living in recovery from their mental health conditions. It offers valuable support and guidance to those who are struggling with various mental health-related conditions, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more. NAMI’s Support Groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need. "NAMI Connection has enabled me to take a good look at my illness and see that I am not alone. The program has given me additional tools to not only accept my illness, but to help others along the way."
Offered by NAMI Texas Panhandle, the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, which offers free support, education, and advocacy for individuals living with mental illness and their family members. Call Margie at 806-678-7385 for more information.
