Join me every Sunday from 10:00-11:15 for a 75 minute intermediate yoga class that weaves together the breath, mindful movement, and stillness to guide you beyond the noise of daily life and into an inner sanctuary of peace. Each session will explore the foundations of yoga, offering beginner-friendly guidance, options for intermediate students, and space for those wishing to gently explore more advanced poses.We’ll begin and end each class with moments of grounding and meditation, creating space for you to step inward—to quiet the mind, nurture the body, and awaken the spirit. Through breath and physical practice, you’ll be invited to see the precious moments of this life and to remember:
