Join us on May 22 for an exclusive sustainability tour at the award-winning Xcel Energy Center, followed by a happy hour! This event is a great opportunity for all marketing and communications professionals with a shared commitment to sustainability.
Tour Details: From 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, we'll take you behind the scenes of Xcel Energy Center, recognized for its innovative sustainability initiatives. Discover how sustainability is incorporated into large-scale operations and draw inspiration on using sustainability as a business driver. The tour will include the history of Xcel’s sustainability program, recycling approaches, energy efficiency projects, composting and recycling process, onsite solar panels, employee garden and a stop at the Kellogg Lobby Sustainability Wall to discuss certifications and education/engagement with fans, clients, employees and other businesses.
- Location: Group will meet at Gate 1 (main gate) of Xcel Energy Center
- Parking: RiverCentre Parking Ramp (150 West Kellogg Blvd)
Happy Hour: Post-tour, join us for a networking happy hour at Herbie’s On The Park with a drink and appetizers on us!
