This might be for you !
Now is the time to spend some quality time with the Kids!
Black Lily Arts has created a mask making, visual arts, creative writing and theatre project entitled, "Nakupenda Baba" (I Love You Papa). This project involves working with 8- 10 Black Fathers and their children/teens between the ages of 8- 16 in the Regent Park Community. This project will focus on Fatherhood, Identity and what it means to be a Black Man in this society. Fathers will have the opportunity to work with their kids in a creative way.
We will work in partnership with Regent Park Community Centre, Belinda Ageda, for the duration of this workshop. No Fathers will be turned away, if you are not in the Regent Park Community
