Naked Yoga- Chakra/Yin/Nidra 18+

Discover the power of chakras, the energy centers that reside along the spine. With seven distinct chakras, each corresponding to a specific area of the body that may have stagnant energy causing physical or emotional discomfort.
Yin yoga allows us to unite our mind, body, and soul in a meditative manner. By holding poses for longer durations, we transcend the limitations of muscular engagement and delve deep into the connective tissue and fascia. This gentle yet profound approach fosters enhanced flexibility, stress relief, and a multitude of other benefits.
In contrast to yang yoga styles, yin yoga encourages longer poses predominantly performed while seated or lying down. Utilizing props for support, we create a restorative environment that allows your physical body to relax deeply or reach new heights of achievement.
Instead of savasana we spend time in Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. It is a powerful technique that takes you to a state of profound relaxation while remaining fully awake and aware. It goes beyond traditional meditation, allowing you to effortlessly access the subconscious mind and unlock your inner potential.
By guiding you through a series of gentle instructions, will help you enter a hypnotic-like state of complete calmness and tranquility. Yoga Nidra has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, enhance focus and creativity, and boost overall well-being. It's like pressing the reset button on your mind, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world.
While being naked is optional, it embodies an edgy and courageous expression of self. To ensure your comfort during the class, please bring a yoga mat, two blocks (if available), a water bottle. Feel free to bring a pillow or blanket for extra comfort. And an optional journal to jot down any insights or reflections that may arise during the practice.
