About this Event
The Naked Soul Workshop is a sacred space for women who feel the call to consciously remove the veils, to come closer to their pure inspiration and remember who they are beneath the surface.
In this workshop, we will create a compassionate and held environment where women are gently invited to explore their inner layers through guided meditation, intentional practices, and embodied movement.
Together, we will journey through:
• A guided meditation circle focused on mirroring the pure soul
• Belly Yoga, a fusion of belly dance, yoga, and sacred geometry
• Sacred dance practices that allow emotional release, self-expression, and deep embodiment
These practices will allow us to meet our inner souls.
