About this Event
The Naked Goddess Swim is a body positive, recreational swimming event in the Willamette River in downtown Portland, celebrating the female figure, in all its naked glory. Inclusive, yet female centric, this event will wash your cares, insecurities, and self-imposed limitations away. Participants arrive in robes, sandals, and glow-in-the-dark jewelry, with their required floatation device. Each participant receives a logo swim cap, and bag to hold their towel, keys, phone, robe, sandals, and other personal belongings while they swim. Trusted Gentlemen patrol the perimeter, Trusted Gentlewomen check Goddesses in & out, and assist them with their bag and getting out of the water, while kayak Gods and Goddesses provide water safety. The Naked Goddess Swim is a fundraiser for the Human Access Project.
