Presented by Denver Art Society, on this night we celebrate the release of Naked Dawn’s new album, Aguantamos.Naked Dawn is a Latin duo whose genre-bending PanAmericana sound spans traditional Mexican song forms, rock, blues, and folk, performed in both English and Spanish. Naked Dawn’s music is rooted in storytelling, drawing from the cultures, traditions, and lived experiences that we share in Colorado.
Britton Barrett on percussion teams up with H. Howells on vocals and guitar, to bring you 13 new, wide-ranging songs — with messages of healing, inclusion, equanimity, romance, vitality, justice, and radical love in every breath.
Joined on stage by friends Marzo Veinte (from Denver) and Porch Moment (from Evergreen), surrounded by art from local artists in the Denver Art Society gallery - in the heart of Denver’s Santa Fe Art district — and with food and refreshments for friends of all ages, we hope this unforgettable evening will make new memories for us all.

Naked Dawn (Madrugada Desnuda) es un dúo latino cuyo sonido PanAmericana abarca formas de canciones tradicionales mexicanas, rock, blues y folk, interpretados tanto en inglés como en español. La música de Naked Dawn tiene sus raíces en la narración, basándose en las culturas, tradiciones y experiencias vividas que compartimos en Colorado.
