C-616 Cervical Spine II
This course utilizes case-based instruction to illustrate cervical spine conditions, and their advanced neurophysiological movement assessment. Coursework will focus on reason-based development of individualized examinations aimed at patient/client classification into: management of an initial diagnosis, progression to a specific neurophysiological movement examination, symptom/intervention/rule-based classification groupings, or referral to another health-care provider. Procedural interventions will include education, manual therapy techniques (including manipulation), and individualized neuromuscular rehabilitation prescription, with the goal of restoring normal function and preventing disability.

This course utilizes case-based instruction to illustrate shoulder girdle, elbow, wrist and hand conditions, and their advanced neurophysiological movement assessment. Coursework will focus on reason-based development of individualized examinations aimed at patient/client classification into: management of an initial diagnosis, progression to a specific neurophysiological movement examination, symptom/intervention/rule-based classification groupings, or referral to another health-care provider. Procedural interventions will include education, manual therapy techniques (including manipulation), and individualized neuromuscular rehabilitation prescription, with the goal of restoring normal function and preventing disability.

Course Details
This is a combined C-616 & C-626 "Hybrid" course with 14 hours of didactic course work virtually via zoom, a 14 hour on-site lab intensive in San Diego and 14 hours asynchronous self study course work via NAIOMT's online learning platform. Participants will receive an e-link to the online coursework 2 weeks prior to the start of the course and to the onsite course materials 1 week prior to the start of the course.
