About this Event
This will undoubtedly be the most important General Election for education that we have seen for many years.
It represents an opportunity to reset and rebuild – to restore education to its rightful place as a national priority. It is no exaggeration to say that this election has the potential to determine the future of education for years to come and, thus, the future success of the country.
Our manifesto sets out what needs to happen to avert the many crises educaton currently faces.
That's why we are inviting all the candidates in this election to explain what they would do to support our Priority Campaigns for education, including:
- recruitment and retention
- special educational needs and disabilities
- school buildings
Join us for a debate on education and hear how each of the prospective candidates will work for constituents to ensure a first class education for all our young people.
