Join us as we explore a diverse selection of genres and authors! Book for tonight is ‘Golden Hill’ by Francis Spufford.
Join us in exploring captivating stories, engaging in thought-provoking discussions, and forging connections over shared literary experiences. From classic to contemporary novels, each month will bring a new literary adventure.
‘Golden Hill’ by Francis Spufford is a historical novel set in 1746 New York, following a mysterious young Englishman named Mr. Smith who arrives with a promissory note for a large sum of money, sparking intrigue and suspicion. Through richly detailed storytelling, the novel explores themes of identity, deception, and the complexities of colonial life.

- 6:45 - 7:30pm - book discussion
- 7:30 - 8pm - continued book discussion, social chat & book recommendations, etc. for whoever is keen to continue discussion.
