Join us for an exciting and impactful event aligned to the NAFSA Conference 2024, the Footprints of Change: Acumen 5K Run (or Walk) for Veerni Literacy Programme! Lace up your running shoes and get ready to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged girls in Rajasthan, India.
Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 6:45am - 8am CDT, we will kick off this incredible event at the Mississippi River Heritage Park— Hurricane Katrina Monument. This run will bring together passionate individuals like yourself who believe in the power of education and want to empower young girls to create a brighter future.
By participating in this 5K run (or walk), you will be supporting the Veerni Literacy Programme, which aims to provide education and literacy skills to girls in rural Rajasthan. Through this program, we can break the cycle of poverty and empower these girls to become agents of change in their communities.
For every participant who joins, Acumen, part of Sannam S4 Group, will donate $25 to the Veerni Literacy programme. If you are unable to join us, but would still like to make a donation you can do so directly on the Veerni website here. Every little bit counts and will make a significant difference in these girls' lives.
