The NAFA-HDC Community Center Committee is now ready to share meaningful updates on our progress and outline both our short- and long-term vision, strategies, and next steps for this project.At this meeting, we aim to:
Share the exploratory research and progress made in identifying a viable path forward
Present a thoughtful organizational and strategic framework that supports broader community participation
Communicate our project vision, including financial needs, timeline, operational goals, and sustainability planning
We ask you to please mark your calendars and join us for this important community conversation:

Time: 1:30 – 4:30 PM
Location: 2800 Royal Ave, Monona, WI 53713 (the same venue where the children’s Nepali program Kakshya is held weekly)
Snacks: Light refreshments will be provided
Note to the community:
The idea of a community center has been discussed for many years, and two years ago we formally established a committee to move this vision forward. After extensive research, discussions, and community input, we believe we have developed a strong and promising plan. However, this project can only become a reality with your support, involvement, and shared ownership.
This meeting is designed to be collaborative. We hope for open dialogue, creative ideas, community insight, and collective commitment. Most importantly, we hope you will walk away not only informed—but inspired to take part in shaping and building this center alongside us.
