Nada means “sound” and I am really excited to lead this session. We have worked with sound before but I am offering a little something different to normal! We will have a gentle physical practice but will use seed mantras throughout where applicable. These work on so many levels and resonate differently which each of us and I really want this to be an exploration for yourself.
The whole idea is that we use sound to allow ourselves to receive and to release. This is a special timeout for you.
I will be using Nepalese singing bowls in a sound bath. This may be new to some of you but I can assure you the space and you will be held with love.
There will also be the sound of silence.
Come and explore. Bring your usual yoga things but if you have a bolster and a warm blanket make sure they come too. A comfy cushion for under the head also a good idea.
Notebook may be useful. Fave mug definitely useful!
And your investment is still only £25. Payable on the day.
